The exam directory
The find-an-exam directory lists third-party clinics from their own public pages, with a source link and a verification date on each row. Listings are samples, not endorsements. Confirm price, hours, and availability with the clinic, and confirm examiner status on the official FMCSA National Registry. We are not responsible for the services those clinics provide.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist stores the email address, home state, and exam month you submit, as described in the privacy draft. Joining costs nothing and creates no obligation on either side. You can ask for removal and we will honor it.
Acceptable use
Do not probe, disrupt, or overload the site, misrepresent your identity to it, or harvest data from it. The directory exists for drivers finding exams, not for republishing.
Content and marks
Site content, design, and the Roadworthy name belong to us. Federal regulations and agency publications quoted on the site belong to the public record and are cited where used.
