Call the clinic and book the exam
Confirm the price and hours on the phone: exam prices change at the counter, so no directory should promise them. The exam is always in person with a certified examiner.
Join the waitlist
Email, CDL home state, exam month. That is the whole form. It costs nothing and it decides onboarding order when programs open.

Health history, current meds, how the last exam went, and your card expiration date. The expiration date starts your countdown.
Meet your clinician and run the countdown
A licensed clinician builds the plan and meets you by video or phone. Then it is care between physicals: check-ins, home readings, and adjustments on your schedule, all pointed at the next exam date.
What this page does not promise
